How To Request/Receive Scholarship:
1. Answer the scholarship qualification question on the online reservation request form.
2. After we verify qualification, scholarship is granted, if funds remain available.
3. You will receive a reservation confirmation showing the scholarship discount.
4. For bus scholarships, school must email documentation of cost and number of buses to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 2 weeks after the field trip, to receive a check for $125/bus.
If requested by Butterfly Pavilion, supporting documentation that verifies % of your students qualifying for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program must be received before the date of your scheduled field trip or program.
Please submit all supporting documentation to email@example.com.
