Currently booking field trips to occur through May 2016
* Registration is required at least 2 weeks’ before the field trip date.
* We do our best to accommodate your first choice. Please provide alternate dates, times.
* All requests are subject to availability and booked on a first come, first served basis.
* We will process your request within 3 business days and send you an e-mail confirmation.
* If your request cannot be filled or we need more information, we will contact you.

Use this form to request a self-led field trip, which includes: (no Butterfly Pavilion class)
* Self-led exploration of indoor and outdoor exhibits per provided rotations
* Time for lunch
* TOTAL TIME: approximately 2 hours

About Your Visit

MINIMUM of 10 students
We admit one FREE adult per every 5 students. We require one adult per every 10 students.
Additional adults pay $11 each.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
Once a reservation is confirmed, we depend on your group's attendance. A $50 processing fee is assessed for any of the following: cancellation or date change within 2 weeks' of the reserved date or no show.

Field trip with a class includes
* 45-minute class taught by a Butterfly Pavilion Educator offered at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30
* Self-guided exploration of indoor and outdoor exhibits per provided rotations
* Time for lunch
* TOTAL TIME: Approximately 2.5 hours

CLASS CAPACITY/SESSION: Each of our two classrooms accommodates 50 students and one adult per 5 students.
