After you submit your request, we will check availability of your requested date(s) and time(s), and send you an invoice/confirmation. If your dates or times are not available, we will send you alternatives.

We appreciate being able to correspond by e-mail. Please give us up to 72 business hours to respond to your request.

If you have questions about our Outreach program, please go to www.butterflies.org and under the Education tab, choose "Community Outreach."

Program and Scheduling Information

Please enter at least two dates, in order of preference. Our regular Outreach scheduling days are Monday through Saturday. Programs taking place on Sundays will incur an addtional $25 after-hours fee.

Please list ideal program start time. Our regular hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Programs beginning before 9:00am or ending after 5:00pm will incur an addtional $25 after-hours fee.

All programs are $65 for a 30-45 minute interactive program. In addition, a round trip mileage fee will be charged, calculated using Google Maps.

Payment Information

We must receive your payment at least one week in advance of your scheduled presentation. If you need to make other arrangements, please contact registrar@butterflies.org

Payment Terms and Conditions

I understand that payment will be due one week before the presentation. I understand that charges will include the program fee and a round trip mileage fee ($0.25/mile within the SCFD, $0.50/mile outside the SCFD), calculated using the location address I have provided and Google Maps.

I understand that if the program I am requesting takes place outside normal Butterfly Pavilion Outreach program days or hours, I will be assessed a $25 after-hours fee.

I understand that correspondence about and invoices for this request will be by e-mail.

I agree to be responsible for payment, and to provide accurate billing contact information, including contact name, mailing address, e-mail, and phone number, by completing this information above BEFORE I submit this request.

I agree to forward updated invoicing information if such information changes before the Outreach invoice is paid in full.

Your presenter will contact you at least 24 hours in advance of the program by phone or email.

We appreciate being able to correspond with you primarily by e-mail.

We will also send the confirmation/invoice to whomever takes care of payment for your Outreach Program.

Program Scheduling and Selections

Divide the total number of students above by 30, which is maximum group size/session for most program titles.

Desired Program Date

Please list at least 3 dates that work for your group.

Please list the desired start time for each program session. The earliest time offered is 8 a.m., 15 minute break between sessions needed.

Please choose one program title that is appropriate for your group's age/grade.

Terms and Conditions

* 45-minute class taught by a Butterfly Pavilion Educator offered at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30
* Self-guided exploration of indoor and outdoor exhibits per provided rotations
* Time for lunch
* TOTAL TIME: Approximately 2.5 hours

CLASS CAPACITY/SESSION: Each of our two classrooms accommodates 50 students and one adult per 5 students.
