As one of the most flexible venues in the area, we allow you to create the event that fits your personality and budget! As a self set-up facility, you can control your budget closely. Tables and chairs provided.

Host an anniversary party, birthday celebration, class reunion…. The possibilities are endless. We invite all themes and budgets to gather in our unique event space.

Hire your favorite live band or choose simple background music. Hire a magician... Rent a photo booth... We are flexible! Events are transformed into exceptional affairs at the Butterfly Pavilion!

Each private event rental includes the ballroom, residential warming kitchen, patio/garden, 25 tables, 200 chairs and entry into at least one exhibit. Excellent vendor recommendations are available. Alcohol service allowed.

The Butterfly Pavilion combines science education with interactive fun to teach visitors about invertebrates and conservation. Our five immersive exhibits, including our rainforest filled with 1,600 free-flying tropical butterflies, provide a year-round, unforgettable experience. Visitors can get up close and personal with live animals, enjoy daily educational programs, explore the wonder of the outdoors on the nature trail, and discover the newest traveling exhibit. Butterflies are just the beginning.
