Bugs We Love

A chance to get up close and personal with the bugs that make our world a better place (that's why they're bugs we love)! Each of our four exhibits will feature fun and fascinating happenings plus adorable arachnids, charming crustaceans and beautiful butterflies.

Prepare to be entertained and engaged in our ballroom with the Lover's Lane cockroach racetrack, vendor fair and giveaways, crafts and more! Embark on a scavenger hunt with a chance to win a Bugs We Love swag bag valued at $100! Special Members-Only Zone featuring buggy snacks and creative critter crafts!

The Butterfly Pavilion combines science education with interactive fun to teach visitors about invertebrates and conservation. Our five immersive exhibits, including our rainforest filled with 1,600 free-flying tropical butterflies, provide a year-round, unforgettable experience. Visitors can get up close and personal with live animals, enjoy daily educational programs, explore the wonder of the outdoors on the nature trail, and discover the newest traveling exhibit. Butterflies are just the beginning.
