A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room.

All inclusive party for 12 people any combination of children and adults includes the following:
- Classroom rental for 2.5 hours
- Admission for up to 12 people (any combination of children and adults)
- Set up, clean up and party facilitation provided by Birthday Party Ambassador
- Birthday party supplies i.e. tablecloths, plates, napkins, flatware and candles
- Helium balloon for each child
- Goodie bag for each child
- Special gift for birthday child
- Take home craft activity and coloring activity
- Educational bug talk with live animals
- Ice cream, butterfly sugar cookie and juice drink for each child
- Option to bring own cake (cookies given with goodie bag)
Optional add-ons
- Extra adults (admission only) – $6.50 adults
- Extra children – $12/child
- Extra birthday child gift – $2.50
Group Birthday Visit
- Group rate (admission only) – $6.50 adults, $3.50 kids (ages 2 and up)
- Groups must have 10 or more people and call in advance to qualify for group rate
- Use outdoor picnic tables for food and presents on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Option to buy butterfly sugar cookies – $2.00 each
- Option to buy birthday party goodie bags – $2.50 each
- Option to buy both butterfly sugar cookie and goodie bag - $3.75 each
