Senior Day - Experience Exotic Wonders!

(last entrance at 4:15 p.m.)
**For seniors ages 55+ (proof of age required)** Groups and individuals are welcome to attend.
Price of Admission: $3.50 per senior (if registered by August 11, 2010); otherwise $4.50 at the door.
To pre-register and/or order a boxed lunch ($5) provided by Panera Bread:

Senior Day will be filled with presentations, activities, and interactive learning. See and learn about butterflies and other invertebrates that are beautiful and fascinating! Learn about the origin of silk, why anemones are called the "Flowers of the Sea", the inspiration behind the naming of the Lacewing Butterfly and about the symbolic importance of insects in jewelry. Butterfly Encounters will be offered at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. as part of the Senior Day programming. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the Butterfly Pavilion's indoor exhibits,outdoor gardens and nature trail.
