Facts: 1. Females lay a long string of eggs that take 3 to 13 months to develop 2. Will stop growing if water temperature fall below 20C 3. Grow up to 41cm in length 4. The shell can be pale yellow, white, orange, or bright red 5. Is often used in chowders and served as steaks
